Meeting notes

Leave the meeting with a usable record.

Use one predictable Markdown structure for the agenda, discussion, decisions, owners, and next actions.

A repeatable writing rhythm

Spend time on the thinking, not the setup.

  1. 01Open the template before the meeting begins.
  2. 02Capture decisions and assign action-item owners as the conversation moves.
  3. 03Export the Markdown or a reading copy for the people who need it.
